With this program, you will work with me for 3 months. Our time together kick-offs with a 90-minute strategy call, followed by 2 coaching calls to ensure you are executing on your new plan properly and effectively. If you are doing well but know there are a couple of areas you want to improve and have felt stuck, this is a great way to break through.
Launchpad
The Launchpad program has all the benefits of Bootcamp + more time with me! You’ll get a 90-minute virtual session with me to help develop specific strategies for you and your restaurant, but instead of working with me for only 3 months, you’ll work with me for an entire year! After the kick-off call, you’ll have 11 additional 45-minute calls with me so you can get personalized help as you implement the strategies we set up for you. This package is for those of you that really want to make 2020 your best year ever!
Intensive
The Intensive program has all the benefits of Launch pad + face-to-face time! You get the 90-minute strategy call, the year’s worth of coaching calls, plus I am also throwing in a one-day, on-site visit to your restaurant. This is my ultimate package and I have never offered anything like this in the past. The clients that I have been working with for 3-4 years will bring me out to their restaurant 1 or 2 times per year at $3,000 per day AND they are paying for coaching and on-site visits separately. This is an amazing package and a truly amazing price.
